Technical/VFX artist and modeler with experience in film, music videos, live visualization, and more.
Production experience includes a range of the VFX/post pipeline from texture to comp and many points inbetween. My concentrations are asset production โ scanned, brute model, procedural โ and effects development โ geometric (mesh, rigids, softbody), shader, pyro/volumes, particles.
Current preferred set of tools includes MODO, Houdini, and Redshift. However, I have plenty of experience ensuring interop within varied-3DCC work environments and am no stranger to producing assets targeting C4D, AE, Maya, and realtime (Unity, Unreal, WebGL).
VEX is my bread-n-butter. SDFs often save the day. If I can get it done in an AttribWrangle, I likely will. (But sometimes, you just need to fall back on good topology and a nice shader, and that's ok too.) :)
